1. Access & Usage

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course materials through our digital platform. Access is granted to the purchaser only and must not be shared, distributed, or reproduced in any form without prior written consent.

Your access remains available for as long as Ngākau Collective continues to host and maintain this program. Access is for individual use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

Course content is intended for personal development purposes only and must not be repurposed, taught, or sold as your own.

We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are breached.

2. Payment Terms

The course fee is payable in Australian Dollars (AUD) at the time of purchase. By enrolling in any Ngākau Journey offering, you agree to the payment terms outlined on the checkout page.

For payment plans, full access is provided upon receipt of the first instalment, and you are obligated to complete all scheduled payments. No refunds will be given for partial use or non-completion of the course.

We honour the energy of this exchange — and trust that all commitments are entered into with clarity, respect, and good intention.

3. Refunds & Transfers

Due to the digital and reflective nature of this course, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please purchase mindfully and ensure the offering aligns with your intentions.

Transfers to another individual are not permitted.

All content within Ngākau Journey is the intellectual property of Ngākau Collective. This includes (but is not limited to) videos, written materials, worksheets, designs, frameworks, and reflective prompts.

By participating, you agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Personal Responsibility

This course is a self-paced reflective journey and is not intended as a substitute for therapy or medical advice. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and integration throughout the process.
